This high-pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace features a graphite furnace chamber and graphite felt insulation. With a maximum temperature of 1320℃, it is primarily used for vacuum bright quenching, sintering, and brazing of tool steel, mold steel, elastic alloys, stainless steel, and 3D printing additive manufacturing. It mainly consists of a pressure furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, electrical control system, gas filling system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, and an external transport vehicle.
Features of the High-Temperature Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace:
1. The heating chamber is composed of a graphite heating element, soft graphite felt, and hard graphite felt, with a maximum operating temperature of 1300℃. Multiple rows of graphite nozzles are evenly distributed along the circumference of the inner wall of the insulation layer within the heating chamber. During gas quenching, forced gas is uniformly ejected from the graphite nozzles, effectively achieving uniform quenching.
2. The material platform consists of graphite supports, a graphite furnace bed, and Al₂O₃ spacers on the furnace bed. This structure prevents the material tray from sticking to the graphite furnace bed at high temperatures.
3. Gas-cooling system: The system consists of a high-pressure impeller fan, a multi-stage high-efficiency copper-copper heat exchanger, and a ductwork guiding device at the rear of the furnace. During gas cooling, high-purity nitrogen or high-purity argon is introduced. Driven by the high-speed impeller fan, the gas is drawn into the impeller through the high-efficiency copper-copper heat exchanger. After impeller reversal, the gas is evenly sprayed from the graphite nozzle onto the workpiece through the ductwork guiding device, achieving uniform forced cooling.
4. Gas-cooling pressure is adjustable from 1-10 bar.
5. Maximum cooling rate: Cooling an empty furnace from 1150℃ to 250℃ in less than 7 minutes (cooling water temperature less than 35℃).
