Product Introduction

The IC-100 fully automated ion chromatograph can perform suppressed or non-suppressed conductivity detection and amperometric detection. It consists of a main unit, a full PEEK dual-plunger tandem pump, injection valve, guard column/separation column, column oven with preheating function, electrolytic self-regenerating suppressor, conductivity detector with temperature control, amperometric detector, and multi-channel data processing and instrument control software system.

The IC-100 integrates advanced achievements in ion chromatography research both domestically and internationally, combining high detection sensitivity, high operational stability, and modular functionality. Multiple detection modes can be configured according to customer needs: direct conductivity detection, suppressed conductivity detection, amperometric detection, and conductivity-amperometric tandem detection. 2. The main unit features a 7.0-inch touchscreen with embedded, simple, and reliable control software. It displays real-time operating parameters such as conductivity, current, flow rate, range, pressure, elution generator reverse control status, six-way valve status, and suppressor status.
3. One-button flushing function for easy and convenient instrument operation.
4. Utilizes a computer interface and touchscreen synchronous control mode, with comprehensive system monitoring functions. It monitors the instrument's operating status in real time, adjusts operating parameters, and has a data information protection memory function for ease of use.
5. Integrated appearance design and a user-friendly GUI graphical navigation system, simple, intuitive, and easy to understand, conforming to user operating habits and facilitating user mastery.
6. Automatic temperature control function ensures constant temperature for the separation column during detection and analysis, and automatically heats up to the appropriate temperature in low-temperature conditions to extend its service life.
7. Strong anti-interference capabilities and rich expandability. It can be equipped with a UV/VIS detector or pH/COND module for the analysis of unconventional samples, offering multiple uses in one instrument.
8. To improve the instrument's sensitivity and stability and meet diverse user testing needs, the entire unit uses industrial-grade electrical components and advanced shielding technology.
9. The connectors and flow paths are resistant to strong acids and alkalis, offering good versatility and compatibility with organic solvents. This improves the system's high-pressure resistance and eliminates the risk of flow path leakage.
10. The main unit can automatically recognize valve switching signals and initiate automatic software analysis, avoiding errors caused by manual operation.
11. The main unit can automatically perform maintenance, periodically flushing all system components to prevent tubing crystallization.
12. When paired with a chromatographic column offering excellent selectivity and separation, it can detect nine common anions in water (including disinfection byproducts) and perform rapid separation of seven common anions.
