Product Introduction
The XRF spectrometer XRF-62 is a
high-end model specifically designed to handle RoHS directives, halogen-free
directives, WEEE directives, soil and ore composition analysis, and copper
alloy and stainless steel grade identification. It features a triple radiation
protection system and a user-friendly interface. It can control Pb, Cd, Hg,
PBB, and PBDE elements under RoHS directives (Br and Cr for hexavalent
chromium) and Cl and Br elements under halogen-free directives, while also
performing soil and ore composition analysis and copper alloy and stainless steel
grade identification. It fully meets customers' environmental control
requirements and material identification needs. Its carefully designed open
working curve function is particularly suitable for multi-material factory
process control.
Product Features
1. Triple X-ray protection (software,
hardware, and labyrinth design) ensures operator safety and protects against
radiation damage from accidental operation.
2. Large sample chamber design suitable for
large sample testing, partially replacing handheld XRF functions.
3. Fully automatic one-button operation:
automatic collimator switching, automatic filter switching, automatic stop upon
opening the cover, automatic sample testing photo taking and saving, automatic
test report pop-up, and automatic supplier information filtering and saving.
4. Novel optical path design minimizes the
negative impact of air optical path on chlorine (Cl) measurement, ensuring the
detection limit and stability of chlorine (Cl).
5. The latest optimized V8.0 analysis software automatically sets the phototube power according to sample material, shape, and size, extending phototube lifespan and maximizing detector performance, significantly
improving measurement accuracy.
6. Spectrum comparison function allows for
real-time monitoring of supplier material and process changes, as supplier
material environmental risks mainly occur due to changes in raw materials and
process conditions.
7. Novel appearance, simple and refreshing
color scheme, making testing operation more convenient and easier. The sample
movement design allows for external adjustment of the sample chamber,
facilitating quick and easy sample movement during multi-point testing and
improving efficiency.
8. The design is more scientific, with
coordinated hardware and software, and electromechanical integration, ensuring
radiation safety exceeding the requirements of the national standard
GBZ115-2002.
