Product Introduction
The networked gas chromatograph GC-300 fully absorbs the advanced technologies of similar foreign products and adopts advanced domestic manufacturing technologies and processes to ensure the instrument's reliability and uptime. It not only extends uptime and reduces maintenance frequency, but also features a simpler and more rational structure and a more sophisticated and elegant appearance. The intuitive keyboard operation and user-friendly system control software make it easy to learn and operate.
Technical Data
(1) The instrument can control the temperature settings, programmed temperature ramping, sensitivity switching, and acquisition of chromatographic output signals for each channel of the chromatograph host; it also features programmed temperature ramping curve tracking; and allows connection to an external computer via a single communication cable for real-time instrument control and data processing.
(2) The reverse control software supports automatic calculation and display of preset method data results: method establishment includes instrument parameters and standard curves. Before injection, the corresponding established method is selected, and after automatic sampling, the reverse control software can automatically calculate and display the results.
(3) An 8.0-inch LCD captive touchscreen display is used, showing the temperature settings and real-time temperatures of the injector, column oven, detector, and auxiliary equipment on the same interface.
(4) At least six independent temperature control zones are provided, with limit temperature and over-temperature protection functions.
(5) A full Chinese keyboard is available for setting various control and usage parameters (including detector operating parameters).
(6) Functions include self-diagnosis, power-off protection, detector setting, range, polarity, and current setting and display. (7) The column box features a rapid heating and cooling system with an automatic rear-opening door (cooling from 300℃ to 50℃ within 10 minutes, automatically adjusting the opening angle according to temperature changes).
(8) High-precision dual-stabilized gas path. The following are the sealing requirements for each gas path system:
- Carrier gas path system sealing: Pressure drop ≤ 0.01MPa after 0.5 hours at a hydrogen pressure of 0.2MPa;
- Fuel gas path system sealing: Pressure drop ≤ 0.02MPa after 0.5 hours at a hydrogen pressure of 0.2MPa;
(9) Gas supply system sealing: Pressure drop ≤ 0.01 MPa in 0.5 h at 0.2 MPa air pressure
(10) Column oven temperature control range: 7℃ to 400℃ above room temperature (increment of 1℃)
(11) Temperature control objects: Column oven, pre- and post-detectors, pre- and post-injectors, auxiliary equipment, a total of 6 channels
(12) Number of temperature ramps: 23 ramps, ramp rate not less than: 0.1℃ to 40℃/min (increment of 0.1℃)
(13) Temperature program repeatability: ≤ 1%
(14) Thermal conductivity detector (TCD) sensitivity: not less than 5000 mV•mL/mg; baseline noise: ≤ 20•V; thermal conductivity detector (TCD) baseline drift: ≤ 60•V/30min
(15) Software conforms to the national standard "GB/T25478-2010 Chromatography Data Workstation". (16) A standardized and open data interface allows for the import and export of spectral data, methods, and analytical results into CDF files conforming to ASTM/AIA standards, and supports data interface with fingerprint spectroscopy software.
(17) The software supports the use of fully reverse-controlled auto samplers and has an open port, enabling subsequent upgrades to fully reverse-controlled auto samplers.
