Product Description

The photon related nano particle sizer is the product of the national science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation fund project. It is also the first batch of nano particle sizers in China that adopt the principle of dynamic light scattering. The instrument adopts the principle of dynamic light scattering and photon correlation spectroscopy. Due to the Brownian motion of particles in the suspension, the light intensity fluctuates with time. The micro nano digital correlator technology is used to process the pulse signal to obtain the diffusion information of particle motion. The particle size and its distribution are calculated by using Stokes Einstein equation.

It is equipped with a dual wavelength laser. It can effectively detect some samples that have light absorption properties and cannot be detected by traditional single wavelength lasers. The nano laser particle sizer focuses on the particle size distribution detection of colored particles, such as pigments and dyes.



Product advantages

1. High sensitivity and SNR

Based on the principle of dynamic light scattering, the Hamamatsu photomultiplier tube with high sensitivity and strong signal-to-noise ratio and the independently developed cr256 digital correlator can complete the collection and function calculation of dynamic scattered light in real time without damaging or interfering with the nano particle system, effectively calculate the particle size, and ensure the accuracy of the test results.

2. Strong anti-interference

The optical path system built with optical fiber technology makes the photon correlation spectrum detection system not only small in size, but also has strong anti-interference ability, ensuring the stability of the test results.

3. Reliable temperature control system

The semiconductor temperature control system is adopted, and the temperature fluctuation is controlled at ± 0.1 ℃, which ensures that the sample is always in a constant temperature state during the test process, and avoids the test deviation caused by the change of liquid viscosity and Brownian motion speed caused by temperature change, so as to ensure the reliability of the test results.

4. Dual wavelength laser, intelligent switching

Dual wavelength λ= 532 nm λ= 405 nm) laser, which can be switched intelligently, and can effectively detect some samples with light absorption properties that cannot be detected by a single wavelength laser.
