ST-WDP 2320 wet and dry particle size analyzer is an intelligent dry and wet dual-purpose laser particle size analyzer. It adopts a closely connected modular design distributed system and a precision hybrid stepping motor optical path automatic alignment system, which not only maintains the advantage of one key switching between dry and wet tests, but also provides customers with the convenience of free selection.



Product features

(1) Dry and wet integrated laser particle size analyzer equipped with dry and wet separation and dispersion device.

This instrument integrates dry and wet dispersion testing, successfully solves the problem of integrating dry and wet technologies, and achieves one-click switching.

(2) The wet and dry integrated laser particle size analyzer is equipped with an intelligent fully automatic operating system and manual operation, allowing you to choose freely.

(3) Patented technology of optical path system.

The wet and dry integrated laser particle size analyzer adopts a convergent light Fourier transform optical path system, so that the scattered light is not limited by the lens aperture. The dual laser orthogonal light is assisted by a semiconductor laser to expand the scattering angle from 45 degrees to 135 degrees, expanding the measurement range.

(4) Automatic optical path alignment system.

Composed of a precision four-phase hybrid stepper motor, the micro-movement accuracy reaches micron level, and the optical path is optimized to ensure accurate and stable testing.

(5) Fully built-in sample dispersion system.

It integrates mechanical stirring, ultrasonic dispersion, and circulation paths to ensure uniform dispersion and distribution of particles, avoids undesirable phenomen a such as uneven particle distribution and large particle deposition due to the long tube length of the external dispersion system, and ensures representative testing result.

The wet and dry integrated laser particle size analyzer uses original unconstrained free fitting technology to collect scattering data during the measurement process, so that particle analysis is not restricted by any function and truly reflects particle distribution.
