- handheld Xrf Mineral Analyzer
X ray Fluorescence (XRF) Analyzer uses primary X rays to irradiate a sample. When high energy X rays with energy exceeding the binding energy of inner shell electrons collide with atoms, inner shell electrons are ejected, creating vacancies and exciting atoms to an unstable state. Electrons from outer shells transition inward to fill vacancies, releasing energy in the form of secondary X rays (X r
Product Description
The ST-600 Portable Ore Analyzer is extremely rugged and can perform highly demanding analytical applications in extremely harsh environments. Each unit incorporates SITECK’s newly developed SITECK technology, an innovation in XRF signal processing that delivers precise and highly repeatable results, enabling users to achieve higher productivity and a faster return on investment.
The ST-600 is designed for on-site analysis of various types of ores. Equipped with a field-proven X-ray tube analysis system that uses no radioactive isotopes, it enables rapid and comprehensive ore type identification on-site. It has low sample preparation requirements while delivering accurate test results, even for high-concentration samples, eliminating the need for confirmatory laboratory testing.
The SITECK handheld ST-600 Analyzer performs multi-element analysis on a wide range of ores and is widely used in ore testing and analysis, slag refining analysis, and archaeological research. It covers all natural ores, slags, rocks, soils, and slurries from phosphorus to uranium, including gold, silver, copper, iron, tin, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, iridium, arsenic, lead, titanium, antimony, manganese, vanadium, iodine, sulfur, potassium, phosphorus, uranium, and more. Testable samples include solids, liquids, dusts, powders, solid blocks, fragments, filter materials, thin films, and other tangible objects.
Product Parameters
Built on SITECK’s years of R&D experience in handheld X-ray fluorescence spectrometers, the SITECK new-generation handheld XRF ore analyzer—the ST-600—brings another revolution to the analytical field. The ST-600 integrates digital multi-channel technology, delivering lower detection limits, higher stability, and broader applicability, with performance comparable to benchtop instruments. Its compact and portable design excels in prospecting, ore exploration, multi-element testing and analysis of various geological ore samples, and slag refining analysis, simplifying and streamlining prospecting operations.
The ST-600 Handheld Ore Analyzer supports on-site analysis of diverse ore types. Featuring a field-proven X-ray tube analysis system without radioactive isotopes, it enables fast and thorough ore type characterization on-site. With minimal sample requirements and high accuracy for high-concentration samples, it removes the need for follow-up laboratory verification tests.
