Product Description

Textiles without a specific orientation cannot be tested for strength in a tensile tester; A multi directional force created by hydro-static pressure is applied to the fabric to check its strength fabrics, this phenomenon is called burst strength testing. It is specially designed for bursting strength testing of rigged fabrics, with pneumatic control. It can also be used on leather, paper and cardboard, etc.

Application

Determine the burst strength and expansion of woven and knitted fabrics, as well as technical textiles, nonwovens, bonded fabrics, plastics, leather (artificial and natural) and cardboard.

Textiles: knitted and woven clothing, technical textiles

Non-wovens: wet wipes, surgical gowns/masks

Plastics: food packaging, bin liners, sacks, and various plastic products

Medical: Organ patches, hernia patches, wound dressings, animal skin

Paper: kitchen paper, toilet paper, and other paper products
