The ST-FC03 inclined plane friction coefficient tester is professionally designed for measuring the friction coefficient of materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic film, sheets, and conveyor belts. By evaluating the material's smoothness, it enables precise control of production quality parameters, including the opening degree of packaging bags and the packaging speed of packaging machines, thereby meeting product usage requirements.
Product Features
1. Features such as stepless angular velocity adjustment and automatic platform reset enable seamless testing under various conditions.
2. Specifically designed to measure the static friction coefficient of samples on inclined surfaces;
3. The instrument test bench and the test slider have been demagnetized tested, which effectively reduces the test error of the system.
4. The equipment features microcomputer control with a menu-style interface, PVC control panel, metal buttons, and LCD touch screen, facilitating user operation and data viewing.
5. The instrument uses laser ranging sensor, which can accurately measure the sliding moment of the slider;
6. Equipped with a mini printer and a standard RS232 interface, it facilitates external system connections and data transfer with computers.
