Ink Proofing Machine ST-N0004 is known as Anilox Proofer, is professionally designed for film coating and color matching proofing of gravure benzole inks, flexographic water-based inks and other liquid coatings. It is widely adopted by ink manufacturers, printing factories, coating producers, research institutions and other enterprises.

This machine adopts anilox roller ink transfer together with doctor blade scraping system. The pressure between the anilox roller and printing roller is adjustable, as well as the pressure between doctor blade and anilox roller. By selecting anilox rollers with different LPI (Lines Per Inch), it can accurately simulate various actual printing proofing requirements.

Ink Proofing Machine can greatly save raw materials and time for on-machine trial printing. It is an essential pre-press proofing tool for ink manufacturers as well as medium and high-grade flexo & gravure printing plants.

The machine features an alloy structure, allowing quick replacement of anilox rollers, fast cleaning and easy operation. The supporting rubber roller is corrosion-resistant, making it suitable for water-based inks, UV inks and solvent-based inks.
