ISO7854 Crumple Flex Test Equipment is suitable for testing the flexural damage resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics by the crease flexure method, and provides a reference for improving fabrics.

Product Description

1. Instrument Introduction

A rectangular coatedfabric specimen is sewn into a tubular shape and secured between two disks. One disk oscillates ±90° on its axis to twist the tubular specimen. Meanwhile, the other disk performs reciprocating axial movement to compress the tubular specimen along its length. The combined twistingandcompression test continues until the preset number of cycles is reached or obvious damage occurs to the specimen.

2. Main Functions

Determination of resistance to twistingflexing for shoeupper materials, garments, leather, rubber or plasticcoated fabrics.

GB/T 125862003, ISO 78541995, BS 3424, FZ/T 010521998 and other relevant standards.
