This ZY-02H Packaging Compression Resistance Tester is specially designed for compression damage and leakage tests of small packaging pouches. It can simultaneously test 6 finished pouches for breakage and leakage under specified test pressure and holding time.

2. Test Principle
Place 1–6 test samples on the test platform. The instrument regulates the pressure reducing valve to drive the upper pressing plate downwards via the cylinder until the preset pressure value is reached. The test system starts timing automatically; upon completion of the set time, the upper plate reverses and lifts up. The whole reciprocating compression cycle evaluates the rupture and leakage performance of pouches under designated pressure and duration.
