The Dual 5-Point Heat Seal Gradient Tester (also known as heat seal gradient tester) adopts thermal compression sealing principle. It is used to measure heat seal pressure, heat seal temperature, heat seal time and other key parameters of flexible packaging composite films, plastic film substrates, coated paper and other heat-sealable composite films. It is an essential testing instrument for laboratories, scientific research and on-site production lines.

Suitable for heat seal tests of various plastic films, plastic composite films, paper-plastic composite films, co-extruded films, aluminized films, aluminum foils and aluminum foil composite films. The sealing surface is flat and smooth, and the sealing width can be customized according to customer requirements.
3. Test Principle
Heat seal materials with different melting points, thermal stability, fluidity and thickness have distinct heat sealing performance with greatly different optimal sealing process parameters.
This tester adopts thermal compression sealing method: place test specimens between upper and lower heating jaws and complete sealing under preset temperature, pressure and dwell time. By carrying out sealing tests under various temperature, pressure and time combinations, accurate heat sealing performance indicators can be obtained with supporting testing equipment.
