Product Description

The ST-4030A CNC prototyping machine is used to prepare material testing specimens or strips from non-metallic raw materials. It can process dumbbell-shaped, rectangular, and circular strips, as well as notches for impact specimens, and can mill irregular planes into flat plates.

 

Utilizing CNC technology, a three-axis linkage system controlled by a programmable controller drives the XYZ axis motors, supplemented by a high-speed spindle motor, forming a high-precision machining system capable of processing various graphic specimens.

 

Processable Graphics:

 

1. Dumbbell-shaped strip processing: Supports the production of almost all standard dumbbell-shaped strips. The dumbbell graphic program is built into the software; processing is selected through the user interface, eliminating the need for user-written programs. It is simple to operate and easy to learn. Custom programs for special shapes can be contacted with the manufacturer.

 

2. Rectangular strip processing: The most common is the 80*10 impact strip. Select rectangular processing in the software, input the length and width of the rectangle, and other necessary parameters to begin processing.

 

3. Circular specimen processing: The most commonly used are circular Vicat temperature test specimens. Select circular machining in the software, input the diameter of the circle and other necessary parameters, and machining will begin.

 

4. Linear Cutting: Cutting can be controlled manually or using the linear machining function in the program to cut sheet metal.

 

5. Notch Machining: Specimens used for impact tests of simply supported beams or cantilever beams often have standard notches. This machine is equipped with standard notch cutters of R0.1, R0.25, and R1.00, which can mill the three standard notches on the specimens.

6.. Plane Milling: Irregularly shaped materials can be milled into smooth planes. Select plane machining in the software, input the length, width, and thickness of the milling surface, and plane machining will be achieved.

1. Industrial computer touchscreen control, enabling linear motion, interpolation motion, and other machining actions.

 

2. Electronic Handwheel: The equipment comes standard with an electronic handwheel for precise spindle position adjustment.

 

3. Tool Setter: Equipped with a Z-axis tool setter for automatic Z-axis tool setting, which is accurate and saves time and effort.

 

4. Standard configuration includes single-flute and double-flute end mills and milling cutters, suitable for machining various materials.

 

5. Two types of tooling are available: a straight clamping plate and a grid-type clamping plate, suitable for different material clamping methods.
