Widely used in tribology-related fields, the ST-100A Universal Friction and Wear Testing Machine meets the testing needs of industries such as petrochemicals, machinery, energy, metallurgy, and aerospace; it supports the development and quality control of mid-to-high-end oils and greases, as well as the testing of emerging materials and new processing techniques.

Product Description

Product Introduction

The ST-1000A Universal Friction and Wear Testing Machine evaluates the friction and wear characteristics of lubricants and various materials under specific contact pressures, utilizing sliding, rolling, and combined motion modes. To meet diverse testing requirements, the machine can be configured with various friction pairs—such as pin-on-disk (large/small disks; single/triple pins), four-ball, thrust washer, ball-on-disk, ball-on-three-plates, pin-on-three-cylinders, simulated cam, and gear setups. It is capable of evaluating materials—including lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, and ceramics—across a wide range of speeds, from extremely low to high.
