Impact test cooling chamber is a newly developed compressor refrigeration equipment by our company according to the requirements of GB/T229-2007 "Metal Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method" for cryogenic devices. This equipment adopts series compressor refrigeration technology, using the principle of thermal balance and circulating stirring method to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of samples, which can fully meet the temperature control indicators stipulated by the national standard GB/T229-2007. The compressor is imported from Taikang in France. The equipment is simple and convenient to operate and has high work efficiency. It is an ideal specimen cooling and insulation equipment in metal low-temperature impact test. It can also be used for other cryogenic detection and testing work.
Working Principle
The equipment is composed of the main body of the stacked refrigeration compressor, the control box, the cooling water tank, the cooling medium circulation system, the automatic alarm device, etc.
After the equipment starts, the high-temperature compressor will start automatically (the timer cannot be adjusted for 8 minutes), and the refrigeration system will enter the official working state. The refrigeration compressor works continuously. When the temperature is close to the set temperature, the electronic control system automatically adjusts the cooling capacity and heating capacity, slows down the cooling speed, and achieves the purpose of constant temperature. Stirring allows the cooling medium to circulate continuously in the cooling tank to achieve a uniform temperature in the tank.
