Product Introduction

Flexo ink proofing machine ST-P230 is professional test equipment for flexo water-based ink, UV flexo ink color development test. It perfectly simulates the actual working condition of formal flexographic printing press via adjustable speed and ceramic anilox rollers, helping ink factories and packaging printing factories verify ink color, hiding power, leveling property and printing adaptability before mass production.

With servo closed-loop control and touch screen intelligent operation, it delivers stable and repeatable proofing results, widely used in ink R&D, incoming inspection and color confirmation for flexo label & package printing industry.

This machine adopts centralized PLC control system, equipped with high-precision servo motors for printing drive. The whole system features simple structure, reliable performance and user-friendly operation. Parameters can be adjusted in real time according to actual printing requirements to achieve precise process control. The maximum printing speed reaches 80 meters per minute.

Machine Operation Procedure

The printing procedure in sequence is as follows

Power on → Install plate roller → Parameter setting [Flexo plate roller thickness can be set to 1.14 or 1.17] → Tighten doctor blade → Ink feeding → Ink homogenizing → Ink drawdown.

Printing finished. Clean the doctor blade, ceramic anilox roller and plate roller. Cleaning completed.
