The high and low temperature shock test chamber is suitable for industries such as metals, plastics, rubber, and electronics, and can test the tolerance of materials to continuous high and low temperature environments.
The temperature impact range of the test zone is -65℃ to +200℃, the high temperature zone is +60℃ to +220℃, the low temperature zone is -10℃ to -80℃, the high temperature impact temperature range is +60℃ to +200℃, and the low temperature impact temperature range is -10℃ to -65℃. Temperature distribution uniformity ≤2.0℃, thermal shock temperature transition time within 5 seconds, and recovery time within 5 minutes.
Product Features
1. The two-compartment design uses a basket-style impact method; the test basket moves back and forth between the high-temperature and low-temperature zones.
2. The three-compartment internal chamber is divided into three zones: a high-temperature energy storage zone, a low-temperature energy storage zone, and a testing zone. The testing zone remains stationary, and its temperature is controlled by the switching of hot and cold zone dampers. It can test charged samples and can perform tests at room temperature.
3. Temperature shock range: 200°C to -65°C.
4. The temperature transition time during thermal shock is within 5 seconds, and the recovery stabilization time is 3-5 minutes.
5. The maximum duration of high-temperature or low-temperature shock is 999 hours, and the maximum cycle time is 9999 times.
6. The refrigeration system uses a binary cascade refrigeration system, providing extremely rapid cooling. The condenser is either air-cooled or water-cooled.
