The sand and dust test chamber is suitable for testing electrical and electronic products, automotive and motorcycle components, and seals to prevent sand and dust from entering the seals and shells in a sand and dust environment. To test the performance of electronic and electrical products, automotive and motorcycle components, and seals in the use, storage, and transportation of sand and dust environments. This device is suitable for IP protection level: IP5X and IP6X.
Working Principle
The sand and dust test chamber is driven by a fan to blow a certain concentration of sand and dust at a certain flow rate over the surface of the test samples, in order to evaluate the ability of these test samples (equipment) to resist the penetration effect of dust particles, the ability to resist the corrosion or blockage effect of gravel, and the ability to store and operate when exposed to dry sand or dusty atmosphere.
Product Features
The outer shell of the device is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, and the inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, with an overall beautiful and generous appearance. There is a large observation window and manual wiper device in the middle of the box door, which can easily see the test condition of the specimen clearly during the test process.

The main control instrument of this device adopts an intelligent digital temperature controller, with a user-friendly design operation method that is easy to learn and use, and the operation of instruments of different functional levels is compatible with each other. The input adopts a digital calibration system, with built-in commonly used thermocouple and thermistor nonlinear calibration tables, ensuring accurate and stable measurement.
3. Equipped with positional adjustment and AI artificial intelligence adjustment functions, with a precision of 0.2 level and multiple alarm modes.
4. The device has a timing function.
5. The equipment is heated using stainless steel finned heating tubes.
6. The dust blowing cycle and vibration cycle of the entire device can be adjusted, and it is equipped with a timer for overall testing.
