Product Description
The IPX3-6 Water Spray and Splash Test Chamber simulate rainfall environments of different intensities to evaluate the waterproof performance of products. It complies with standards including GB/T 4208 and IEC 60529, and supports four waterproof grade tests: IPX3 (sprinkling water), IPX4 (splashing water), IPX5 (water jet) and IPX6 (powerful water jet).
Key Configuration & Functions
Water Supply System
Equipped with high-pressure water pump, pressure stabilizer and flowmeter to guarantee stable water pressure and flow rate. Some models are equipped with water tank heating and water circulation functions.
Control System
Controlled by PLC touch screen. Operators can set parameters including pressure, test duration and rotation speed. Real-time test status is displayed, and parameter storage and recall are available.
Safety Protection
Built-in water shortage protection to avoid pump idling, overload protection and over-temperature protection. Certain models come with door interlock, which will pause the test immediately once the door is opened.
Structural Design
The inner chamber is made of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The bottom is designed with drainage slope and water collecting tank for convenient water discharge and recovery.
Application
It is widely used for waterproof testing of electronic and electrical products such as lamps and household appliances, auto parts including sensors and connectors, as well as outdoor equipment like communication base stations and photovoltaic modules, to guarantee stable operation under rainy conditions.
