The Karl Fischer moisture analyzer features an original imported 7.0-inch 800*480 pixel true-color TFT-LCD large-screen display, a human-sensing touchscreen keyboard, and a fully English and Chinese operating interface. The software interface is intuitive and user-friendly, offering rich content and easy operation.
It features character prompts, high detection sensitivity, simple operation, fast testing speed, and good repeatability. The instrument has test result storage, printing, and calculation functions. The sample determination process is automatically controlled by the instrument; stirring and determination are completed automatically in approximately 60 seconds, and the results are directly displayed. The fully sealed titration bottle prevents reagent contact with people and avoids the influence of environmental humidity. The instrument features a crystal display and automatic calculation and printing functions, capable of printing percentage content, sample number, tester information, and experiment date.
The instrument's accuracy is as follows:
① When the water content is less than 10 micrograms, the measurement error is less than 2 μg of water;
② When the water content is between 10 and 1000 micrograms, the measurement error is ≤2 μg of water;
③ When the water content is above 1000 micrograms, the measurement error is ≤0.2% (excluding injection error). The core host uses a TI AM3354 processor with a Cortex-A8 core and a 1GHz clock speed; the operating system is Windows Embedded Compact 7 real-time industrial control system. This completely abandons the bare-metal, coreless microcontroller approach, truly modernizing instrument operation and ushering in a new era of intelligence.
