Product Description

ST-X1000 specific surface area and aperture analyzer is a static volumetric specific surface area analyzer featuring powerful testing capability and ultra-high efficiency. It is specially designed for testing ultra-micropore, micropore and ultra-low adsorption capacity materials. Adopting an integrated structure with dual control modes, it improves micropore testing speed by 30%.

Product Advantages

  • Independently developed and manufactured with advanced technology, ideal for high-vacuum operating environments.
  • No electromagnetic coil heating, so the temperature of test gas will not be affected.
  • Long service life; modular valve design enables replacement of all components.
  • Compact size, only 1/3 of a pneumatic valve; applied to all gas circuit control units.
  • Strong adaptability: each valve passage is independently designed according to control requirements.

High-precision Electronic Pressure Control System

  • Precisely regulate gas intake and exhaust volume.
  • Effectively prevent sample splashing.
  • Reduce vacuum pumping duration.

Self-locking Valve Technology

Optimized specifically for physical adsorption applications.

Technical Data

Measurement Principle

Static Volumetric Vacuum Method. The lower limit better than 0.0005 m²/g; pore size analysis range: 0.35 nm 500 nm

Number of Analysis Stations

1. 3 sample analysis stations; 1 saturated vapor pressure test station.

2. The analysis stations and saturated vapor pressure test station share one Dewar flask to ensure consistent test environment.

3. Volume of Dewar flask: 4L, inner container made of stainless steel

Sample Degassing Station

1. Independent degassing station, completely separated from the main unit.

2. Total quantity: 4 stations.

3. Three degassing modes: Standard mode, Water‑rich sample mode and Ultra‑light sample mode, meeting the testing requirements of various samples.

4. Equipped with automatic dehydration time judgment function, solving the problem of uncertain processing time for new product R&D samples.

5. Dual‑module control, every 2 stations form one group.

6. Heating furnace: Metal isothermal body heating; operating temperature range: Room temperature ~ 400℃

Testing Efficiency

3 samples can be analyzed simultaneously while 4 samples are processed for degassing

Testing Performance

Each analysis port supports the analysis of ultra‑micropore, micropore, mesopore, macropore and samples with ultra‑small specific surface area

Pressure Detection System

Pressure Sensors: Each analysis station is equipped with three‑range pressure sensors, 10 sensors in total, including 3 pcs of 0.1 Torr sensors, 3 pcs of 10 Torr sensors and 4 pcs of 1000 Torr sensors.

Pressure Sensor Accuracy: ±0.1% of full scale for 0.1 Torr, 10 Torr and 1000 Torr sensors.

P/P Measurement Range: 5×10⁻⁹ ‑ 0.998.

P/P Pressure Resolution: 1×10¹

Constant Dead Volume

Adopts patented dead volume measuring station and automatic elevator servo feedback system for precise control, ensuring constant dead volume during the whole test process

Vacuum Pump Group

Composed of two two‑stage mechanical pumps and Pfeiffer molecular pump imported from Germany. Ultimate vacuum: 5×10¹mmHg. The molecular pump is installed inside the instrument

Constant Temperature System

The entire gas pipeline and quantitative gas manifold cabinet are equipped with an integral automatic constant temperature device. Temperature fluctuation range: 35±0.02℃; real‑time temperature display is available

PFC Modulating Valve Group

Equipped with American Parker PFC modulating valve group, which ensures proportional vacuum pumping, prevents powder elutriation and avoids low pumping speed under high vacuum condition

System Software

1. Two testing modes: Fixed gas injection volume mode and precise pressure control mode.

2. The software supports setting arbitrary lifting height to adapt to Dewar flasks of different specifications, and is provided with anti‑collision protection function

Instrument Configuration List

1 main unit, 1 independent degassing station, 2 vacuum pumps, 1 molecular pump, 30 spherical sample tubes and other related accessories
