I. Product Introduction

The ST-6ABC automatic loading melt flow rate tester complies with GB/T 3682-2018, ISO 1133:2011 and ASTM D 1238-2010 standards for the determination of melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastics.

It is applicable to high-melting-point plastics such as polyethylene, polyarylsulfone and nylon, as well as low-melting-point materials including PE, PP, PS, ABS and POM. Widely used in universities, research institutes, quality inspection agencies, plastic manufacturers, plastic product factories and petrochemical enterprises.

Equipped with automatic rotating and lifting weight loading system and integrated high-precision weighing module. With advanced circuit design and software algorithm, it can automatically read sample weight and calculate melt flow index intelligently.
