Product Overview
This tester is applicable to test tensile deformation rate, peeling performance, tearing performance and other properties of plastic film, paper tube, composite film, flexible packaging materials, conveyor belts, adhesives, adhesive tapes, rubber products, paper, plastic-aluminum panels, enameled wires, non-woven fabrics, textiles and other products.
Instrument Features
- Equipped with dot-matrix large blue-screen LCD, which can fully display data, test results and curves.
- Supported by professional software. The whole test process is controlled by single-chip microcomputer, and the machine can return to the original position automatically after test.
- Each function operates independently with standard measurement units, and no manual conversion is required. It can perform statistical analysis and calculation on grouped samples, and output arithmetic mean value, maximum value and minimum value.
- Adopts power-off parameter memory function and force overload protection function.
- Multiple test result outputs are available, including maximum force, elongation, maximum tensile strength, elongation at specified force, and force at specified elongation.
- It adopts high-performance DC servo system and screw transmission with servo speed regulation. The machine runs silently and maintains stable and reliable overall performance.
