This high-temperature
atmosphere furnace ST-AF series ensures that the oxygen content inside the
furnace is reduced to a minimum through pre-vacuuming. Then, nitrogen, argon,
or a nitrogen-hydrogen mixture is introduced to achieve ideal heat treatment
results under protected atmosphere conditions. Due to its excellent atmospheric
environment and compact practicality, it is currently widely used in materials
laboratories or in small-batch production of semiconductors, silicon nitride,
and other products.
Product Features
1. Temperature range: Ambient temperature ~
1700℃
2. Furnace chamber made of polycrystalline
alumina fiber, ensuring a uniform and pollution-free temperature field.
3. Fully enclosed furnace chamber with
double-layered thickened steel plates, capable of withstanding 0.1 MPa
pressure.
4. Reinforcing ribs made of 12mm solid
square steel on the top, left, right, and back sides, ensuring no deformation
even under vacuum. Maximum vacuum level: -0.08 MPa.
5. Temperature control system uses an
industrial-grade 0.2-level intelligent instrument with PID regulation and
51-segment programming.
6. Excellent furnace door sealing
performance, with four handwheels for secure locking and silicone ring sealing.
