This integrated debinding and sintering furnace is primarily designed for the processing of precision ceramics—such as zirconia and alumina—produced via 3D printing or other forming methods. It is also suitable for the integrated debinding and sintering of bio-ceramics, such as hydroxyapatite (HAP).

Product Features

Uses imported Kanthal resistance heating elements, with a maximum operating temperature of 1300°C.

Employs 5-sided heating to ensure optimal temperature uniformity.

The furnace chamber is constructed from imported lightweight insulating firebricks, offering a longer service life and superior chamber cleanliness compared to ceramic fiber materials.

Equipped with a high-performance, stable temperature controller from Shimaden (Japan).

Active air intake system: accelerates exhaust discharge and prevents excessive concentrations of hydrocarbons released during the debinding process.

Air preheating and ceramic-tube gas distribution system: significantly improves temperature uniformity within the chamber.

Top-mounted debinding exhaust port: features programmable automatic opening and closing; the port closes automatically once the debinding cycle is complete.

Furnace Shell Structure

1. Made of high-strength carbon steel; treated with pickling & phosphating for rust removal, then electrostatic plastic spraying for nice appearance.

2. Double-layer air-cooled furnace shell equipped with 2~4 built-in cooling fans, ensuring surface temperature of furnace shell below 60°C
