Product Description
This high-temperature vacuum oil-quenching furnace features a graphite heating chamber and graphite felt heat insulation screens. It operates at a maximum temperature of 1320°C and utilizes a highly automated, stable, and reliable electrical control system. The furnace is primarily used for the bright quenching and annealing of materials such as alloy steel, tool steel, die steel, high-speed steel, bearing steel, spring steel, and stainless steel, as well as for the vacuum sintering of ceramics and cemented carbides, and the vacuum brazing of metal materials.
Features of the High-Temperature Vacuum Oil-Quenching Furnace
1. Uses graphite tubes as heating elements, offering a long service life and easy maintenance, with a maximum operating temperature of 1300°C.
2. The composite gate valve provides excellent thermal and gas insulation.
3. Features a dual-chamber structure: the rear chamber serves as the heating chamber, while the front chamber acts as the cooling chamber, capable of both oil quenching and gas cooling. The upper section is the gas quenching chamber equipped with a gas cooling system; the lower section is the oil quenching chamber, equipped with a lifting mechanism, a loading/unloading mechanism, an oil agitation system, and an oil heating system.
4. Lifting mechanism: Driven by a three-speed gear motor located outside the furnace, it moves the lifting load trolley via a lead screw and nut assembly. The trolley operates at three speeds: slow speed for loading and unloading; and for oil quenching, it employs a slow start, rapid entry into the oil, and slow final positioning.
5. Oil agitation system: An agitator located beneath the load trolley is driven by a motor-reducer unit. Deflector plates promote efficient circulation of the vacuum quenching oil, thereby enhancing its cooling capacity. The agitator utilizes standard components, ensuring low noise and high efficiency.
6. The workpiece transfer mechanism operates smoothly, flexibly, safely, and reliably.
7. The gas cooling chamber lid utilizes an interlocking-tooth flange design to ensure a secure seal against both positive and negative pressures.
