Product Description
Vacuum brazing furnaces are available with three temperature ratings: 750°C, 1200°C, and 1350°C. They are suitable for vacuum brazing processes using aluminum, silver, copper, or nickel-based filler metals, as well as for processing diamond tools, cemented carbide tools (including PCD, PCBN, CVD, and CBN tools, and engraving cutters), drilling bits, stainless steel components, single-crystal materials, and ceramic-to-metal joints. They also accommodate dissimilar metal assemblies and complex thin-walled structures such as sandwich panels and honeycomb structures. Thanks to their high-vacuum and high-temperature capabilities, these furnaces can also be used for the sintering and heat treatment of other workpieces.
750°C Aluminum-Base Vacuum Brazing Furnace (Stainless Steel Chamber)
This vacuum brazing furnace is designed for workpieces with low melting points, such as aluminum alloys; it can also serve as a vacuum furnace for low-temperature sintering and heat treatment.
Features of the 750°C Aluminum-Base Vacuum Brazing Furnace
1. Features a stainless steel chamber and heating via electric heating alloy tubes, achieving a maximum temperature of 750°C.
2.Heating elements surround the chamber, ensuring high temperature uniformity (within ±5°C).
3.Equipped with a clean stainless steel chamber and a vacuum system comprising a mechanical pump and a diffusion pump; achieves a cold vacuum level of 10⁻³ Pa and an operating vacuum level of 10⁻² Pa.
4. Compared to molybdenum-foil vacuum furnaces, this model offers lower power consumption and cost-effectiveness, making it an ideal choice for low-temperature brazing applications.
Optional Accessories for the 750°C Aluminum-Base Vacuum Brazing Furnace
1. External rapid cooling system; reduces temperature from brazing levels to 180°C in less than one hour.
2. Multi-layer stainless steel rack for convenient loading of multiple workpieces.
3. Low-temperature aluminum-zinc-based filler metal.
1200°C CNC Vacuum Brazing Furnace for Cutting Tools (Ceramic Fiber Chamber)
This series of brazing furnaces is widely used for joining various small-sized superhard materials. Applications include carbide cutting tools (PCD, PCBN, CVD, CBN, engraving bits, etc.), drilling bits, stainless steel brazing, single-crystal bonding, cermet brazing, dissimilar metal components, and complex thin-sheet structures (such as sandwich panels and honeycomb structures).
Features of the 1200°C CNC Vacuum Brazing Furnace
1. Fully automated PLC control with a manual override option; features a 10-inch HD touchscreen, 50-step programming, and storage for 30 programs; easy to operate and suitable for continuous production.
2. Temperature and vacuum curves can be exported.
3. Produces clean, aesthetically pleasing joints that are oxidation-free and environmentally friendly; includes a double-layer stainless steel platform to accommodate a larger volume of workpieces.
4. Utilizes annular and bottom heating to achieve high joint strength—2 to 3 times that of conventional high-frequency welding.
5. High production capacity; capable of processing over 600 pieces per batch (based on CNGA1204 inserts).
6. Process solutions and technical support backed by 20 years of experience ensure high-quality product output.
7. Vacuum system consists of a direct-drive pump and a diffusion pump, achieving an operating vacuum level of 10⁻³ Pa.
Optional Accessories for 1200°C CNC Vacuum Brazing Furnace
1. Chiller
2. Vacuum drying oven
3. Ultrasonic cleaner
4. Brazing flux/paste
Brazing Process: Ultrasonic cleaning → Flux/paste application → Vacuum drying → Vacuum brazing
1350°C Vacuum Brazing Furnace for Silver/Copper/Nickel-Based Alloys
(Molybdenum Foil Hot Zone)
This vacuum brazing furnace operates at temperatures up to 1350°C and is suitable for high-temperature vacuum brazing using silver, copper, or nickel-based filler metals. It can also be used for the sintering and heat treatment of other workpieces.
Features of the 1350°C Vacuum Brazing Furnace
1. Utilizes a molybdenum foil hot zone and molybdenum heating strips as heating elements, achieving a maximum temperature of 1350°C.
2. Molybdenum heating strips are arranged in a ring configuration within the chamber, providing all-around radiant heating and ensuring high temperature uniformity (within ±5°C).
3. Features a clean molybdenum foil hot zone and a vacuum system comprising a mechanical pump and a diffusion pump; cold vacuum level reaches 10⁻³ Pa, and operating vacuum level is 10⁻² Pa.
4. Inert gas can be introduced to facilitate accelerated cooling as required.
Optional Accessories of the 1350°C Vacuum Brazing Furnace
1. Standard brazing furnaces often cool slowly, significantly impacting production efficiency. To accelerate cooling, we have developed a rapid cooling system based on years of manufacturing experience. High-temperature nitrogen inside the furnace is forcefully extracted by a vacuum blower, cooled via a water-cooled heat exchanger, and then recirculated into the chamber. This rapid circulation achieves effective, quick cooling.
2. External rapid cooling system; reduces temperature from brazing levels to 180°C in less than one hour.
3. Multi-layer stainless steel rack for convenient placement of multiple workpieces.
4. High-quality imported brazing flux (USA).

Temperature Controller |
• Equipped with PLC or AI PID meter for automatic temperature control. Bidirectional anti-parallel SCR voltage regulation realizes precise furnace temperature control with current limiting function, which avoids power tripping and burnout of electrical components caused by unstable power supply voltage or sudden excessive current. The SCR we adopt is world-famous brand: Semikron. • Supports 51-segment programmable curves; automatic heating, holding and cooling based on preset programs, one-key operation without manual monitoring. • Built-in self-tuning function for temperature control parameters. • Equipped with over-temperature alarm and thermocouple breakage alarm; power supply will be cut off automatically for reliable safety protection. |
