This ultra-high-temperature graphite vacuum furnace is a high-performance, intelligent heating furnace developed by our engineering team. It incorporates advanced technologies—including temperature measurement and control, intelligent systems, new materials, and furnace chamber design—adapted from international standards. It is designed for the high-temperature processing of materials under vacuum or protective gas atmospheres.
Product Features
1. Utilizes graphite heating elements, enabling a maximum operating temperature of 2200°C.
2. Features a composite carbon fiber furnace chamber constructed from imported soft and hard graphite felts for thermal insulation.
3. Employs a double-layer, water-cooled structure with a polished stainless steel inner shell and a carbon steel outer shell.
4. Incorporates a convenient front-and-rear door design to facilitate the loading and unloading of workpieces.
5. Equipped with an observation window for monitoring the heating process inside the furnace.
6. Uses a combination of tungsten-rhenium thermocouples and infrared pyrometers for temperature measurement; the thermocouple features an automatic insertion and retraction mechanism.
