This vacuum furnace ST-HVF-1 is a high-temperature vacuum furnace with excellent cost performance, available in two models: one with a maximum temperature of 1200℃ and the other with a maximum temperature of 1700℃. It is easy to operate, provides excellent vacuum performance, and exhibits good temperature uniformity. Applications include high-temperature vacuum sintering, annealing, tempering, and aging treatment of ceramic materials, ceramic-metal composites, refractory metals, and alloys, as well as vacuum brazing of alloy cutting tools and super hard materials.
Product Features
1. Vacuum level up to 7*10^(-3) Pa (two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump + Roots pump + diffusion pump unit)
2. 50-segment programmable temperature controller with PID adjustment.
3. Maximum temperature selectable: 1200℃ or 1700℃.
4. High-strength carbon steel, external electrostatic powder coating, aesthetically pleasing.
5. Designed with air inlet and exhaust ports; can be used for vacuuming or filled with inert gas.
6. Double-layer water cooling; furnace shell surface temperature ≤50℃.
7. Helium mass spectrometer leak detector for vacuum leak detection, ensuring a vacuum leak rate below 0.67Pa/h.
8. Pneumatic vacuum valve for easy and convenient operation.
9. Employs alumina ceramic fiber furnace lining and resistance wire or silicon molybdenum rod heating. This significantly reduces furnace costs while ensuring excellent performance.
10. Automatic shutdown upon completion of program operation, with upper limit alarm, deviation alarm, and program termination warnings, requiring no manual operation.
